  • Nursing

    Both Registered General Nurses (RGN’s) and Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN’s) work throughout our portfolio of homes. Offering dedicated professional care to our residents, and effective supervision of care staff members.

    These are some of the most important and rewarding positions within the care home. Providing support and care for our residents 24 hours a day to enhance their quality of life. These roles combine care and friendship to both residents and their families to retain their dignity and individuality. Senior Carers are often qualified to NVQ 3 and are authorised to administer and handle medication. Seniors oversee care staff and the running of the home in absence of the Home Manager.

  • Care Assistants & Support Workers

    These are some of the most important and rewarding positions within the care home. Providing support and care for our residents 24 hours a day to enhance their quality of life.   • Administration

    A vital role within each care home, an Administrator supports the deputy and Home Manager with a range of important duties and administration tasks. A crucial link to our central support office and often the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.

  • Housekeeping

    It’s important that our residents feel at home. This means creating a clean, safe and comfortable environment. Our housekeeping teams work hard to make sure our residents and their families are at ease and relaxed in the spaces we provide.

  • Catering

    Creating delicious and nutritious meals is a real skill, and one we prize highly. Offering a wide variety and choice, our catering teams prepare and serve meals for all our residents. Dining is more than simply food, it is an integral part of the social hub of all our homes.

  • Lifestyle Support

    Our lifestyle support team build relationships with our residents and provide a wide range of activities to keep minds and body’s active and promote a strong social environment within the care home. With a diverse range of creative activities, residents are encouraged to pursue their interests and discover new ones.

  • Leadership & Management

    Care Home managers provide strong and professional leadership throughout the home; ensuring all legal requirements and company policies are adhered to, whilst maintaining the highest levels of care for both residents and staff.
